Troy Hill

After spending 12 years working hands-on and leading teams, I realized it was time to start my own company. I’ve managed several companies that I have worked at, and that leadership, combined with my deep passion for tree care, has shaped the way we operate.

With 17 years of a strong commitment to my family, I approach every job with integrity, hard work, and a positive mindset. I’m excited for the future and the opportunity to bring the best arborist services to our community.

Nicholas Smither

I began my journey as a tree enthusiast five years ago at a large residential company. After working part-time, while earning a bachelor's degree in criminology, I decided to branch off (no pun intended) and pursue a full-time career in the tree service.

I climb and successfully maneuver trees with heights over 100 feet. As an expert certified tree climber, there is no job that I cannot handle. 

Chris Dawson

Having spent three years in the tree service industry, I've honed my skills as an equipment operator. I've mastered the operation of various heavy machinery, including lifts, grapple equipment, chippers, and stump grinders. My expertise allows me to efficiently and safely execute tasks such as tree removal, pruning, and land clearing.

I take pride in my ability to handle challenging terrain and weather conditions, ensuring timely and effective project completion. My dedication to safety and efficiency has made me a valuable asset to any tree service team.
